Seafarers from Turkey, what are the platforms that you use to look for work at sea?

As a Ukrainian crewing we are interested in hiring Turkish Seafarers. But we don't know where to advertise our vacancies to them. Please tell us, what platforms you use to look for work.

We don't have any online platforms in Turkey. In general there is only few manning agencies found in Turkey and most of the owner companies prefer to hire applicants via their HR department.

Soon i'm thinking to open one :)
